Hello everyone,
I upgraded to 1.14 from 1.13 yesterday and just noticed that the power
operations are now missing from the hosts that have their IPMI interfaced
configured. So far this is what I hav done to try and figure out what's
going on.
- checked that IPMI is configured properly on the smart proxy by issuing a
power cycle which worked
- confirmed that the smart proxy is reporting working BMC functionality to
foreman which it is
- confirmed that the IPMI username and password are configured properly on
the target host's IPMI interface
- restarted both smart proxy and foreman services
Nothing seems to make any difference. Doese anyone have any other
suggestions?
Thanks,
Justin
This has been fixed. I had to remove the bmc interface completely and
recreate it before the power operations showed back up.
