Upgrade Puppet Master from 3.7.5 to 3.8.1

Hi All,

Working with Foreman 1.8.1 and Puppet master v3.7.5 running on CentOS6.6 I
want to upgrade the puppet master to latest 3.8.1 version.
Is there any procedure how to upgrade puppet master in Foreman environment?
Did anyone tried to and can share how?

rpm -uvh, service httpd restart :slight_smile:

It's pretty straight forward.

Hi Byron,

Forgot to update, this was exactly what I have done, works perfectly :slight_smile:
My only concern was about how it will effect Foreman ENV and as I said it
was perfectly fine.

The only one not fully supported yet is 4.x, as long as you stay in 3.x
branch foreman shouldn't care.
