Using Provision template to add a host parameter for all new hosts

Problem: I want to use provisioning template to add a foreman parameter build=finish on each host at the end of provision .I tried many syntaxes but didn’t work. Can someone help here.

Expected outcome:

Foreman and Proxy versions: 3.3.1

Foreman and Proxy plugin versions: 3.3.1

Distribution and version: RHEL7

Why do you want to do it? If the host is built, we change the status of the host.
Parameters are for configuration, not reporting.
