Yum.theforeman.org having issues?

I'm attempting to install 1.16 RC but keep getting "Network is unreachable"
errors when yum tries to contact yum.theforeman.org.

foreman-1.16.0-0.1.RC1.el7.noa FAILED

http://yum.theforeman.org/releases/1.16/el7/x86_64/foreman-1.16.0-0.1.RC1.el7.noarch.rpm:
[Errno 14] curl#7 - "Failed to connect to
2001:4802:7802:103:be76:4eff:fe20:c55: Network is unreachable"-:–:-- ETA
Trying other mirror.

The issue is also affecting rsync.theforeman.org at least intermittently.

Thanks for the heads up. There was a bunch of network errors on that
node over the weekend. We've hopefully fixed it, so let us know if it
comes back.
