I've cleaned up the plugins/nightly/ Yum repositories to delete all of
the packages that were already removed from comps or that were replaced
over the past year or two (e.g. non-SCL Hammer plugins).
Most were already gone from actual release repositories (e.g.
plugins/1.9/) as they weren't in comps when we branched, but copies
remained in the nightly repo. This shouldn't affect anybody.

you find yourself needing one of these old packages, please upgrade,
else you'll probably find them in the per-release repos or in Koji (if
not GCed).
