Access denied (HTTP error code 403: Forbidden) while trying to subscribe a new vm to foreman

Problem:
when tring to attach a new client to foreman i get Access denied (HTTP error code 403: Forbidden) as error
root@foreman-client2:/etc/rhsm/ca# subscription-manager register --org=“XXXX” --activationkey=“PROD/Ubuntu” --force
Unregistering from: foreman.vpodg1p.carrefour.com:443/rhsm
Access denied (HTTP error code 403: Forbidden)

Expected outcome:

i could subscribe vm to foreman

Did you install/run the katello-ca-consumer first? See your-foreman-ip.local/pub/

Otherwise you would try to subscribe this host on Redhat and not on your foreman…
