Add smart proxy error

HI，
hum，my english is not well ,I'm from China
when I install foreman(use foreman-installer) ,it have a problem is
"[ERROR 2015-04-27 17:53:53 main] Could not set 'present' on ensure: 422
Unprocessable Entity at
12:/usr/share/foreman-installer/modules/foreman_proxy/manifests/register.pp
[ERROR 2015-04-27 17:53:53 main] Could not set 'present' on ensure: 422

And then I add new smart-proxy it fail,the error is

([Errno::ECONNREFUSED]: Connection refused - connect(2)) for proxy
https://server1.example.com:8443/features
Please check the proxy is configured and running on the host."

I want to cry now ,help!!!

Is the foreman-proxy service running? (service foreman-proxy status)

Also check "server1.example.com" resolves to the correct IP by pinging it.
