Adding Upstream Redmine Components

I'd like to request the following categories for Foreman components in
Redmine to better capture issues that revolve around the functional area:

Operating Systems
Bookmarks

Even though I don't see many issues in these areas I think both makes sense
and deserves separate category. I can imagine users reporting stuff under OS
even though it's more related to templates or facts, but still +1 from my
side.

I think a good example for Operating Systems is [1] that was opened yesterday.
