Previously tarballs for each Foreman and Smart Proxy release would be
released into our Redmine instance
(Files - Foreman).
As of 1.4.5 and 1.5.1, tarballs are now uploaded only to
http://downloads.theforeman.org/.
Other downloads are also here (such as Discovery boot images) and later,
tarballs for foreman-installer/selinux will be uploaded here too.
