We’ve done the upgrade and had to disable the default hostgroup plugin. We also had to do the workaround for the db migrate task. Now we seem to have Foreman working - we can get to the web UI and things look OK, puppet 5 seems fine. However, our host lookups are failing.
I did try updating external_node_v2.rb to the latest for puppet 5 from github, but there was no change in behavior.
