It sounds like you’re running into these two issues Bug #28431: Job invocation using Ansible commands stays stuck in pending state. - Ansible - Foreman and Bug #28372: Search query in job invocation form is missing autocompleteion due to recent change in Foreman - Foreman Remote Execution - Foreman. Fixes for these two should land in 1.24 soon-ish, with nightly there are some dependency issues which need to be resolved first.
