API v2 conventions

Hi team,
do we have some wikipage that would summarize conventions one should
follow when writing/updating api v2? I'm looking for a basic list of
rules "nested resources yes/no", "nested parameters yes/no". Some of
them are obvious, some are not.

If there isn't any I volunteer to write it if somebody helps me with
defining the existing rules (looking at Joseph:)).

Tomas,

I was planning to write the -dev list about this, but you beat me to it. I've already had some conversations with Eric of the Katello team and we agree that we should adhere to similar conventions as best as possible.

I will start an etherpad on Monday that details options for conventions that we can all edit, discuss, etc.
