API v2 develpment guidelines

Hi all

I created an API development guidelines wiki page [1] as a place for
storing devel tips and rules we agreed on.

At the moment it contains mainly apipie documentation guidelines,
information about rabl templates and also mentions parameter nesting.
Please feel free to review, update and extend it.

I'm assuming some of these rules (like param nesting) don't apply to Katello, correct?

Correct. The wiki page was meant to be guidelines for the foreman core.
We know where we are with the katello api.

Feel free to add a note(s) about katello there.
