I've merged Martin's work in 2656873 to extract all APIv2 doc strings
for translation and this'll be picked up on Transifex shortly.
Please ensure that any additions to API docs or strings in future
commits on develop are extracted using N_() for apipie doc and _() for
text inside methods. Please do ping me if you'd like me to look over a
PR, particularly to ensure the English version is reasonable before it's
set in stone.
