Availablity of yum.theforeman.org

Hi,

http://yum.theforeman.org/ is showing the Debian apache default package and
a colleague and I having both problems with timeouts and package
availablitiy during installation in two different environments.
Is there some work going on or do we have the same resource problems like
with redmine?

Regards,
Dirk

Thanks for the report. It looks like a yum update httpd restored
welcome.conf which shows the welcome page rather than a directory
listing like we want. Luckily it only affected the index and not the
actual files so yum could still update.

I don't see why we would have timeout but I can't investigate that
because I don't have access to any monitoring.

I only got one timeout during a foreman-installer run getting a plugin
package, but my colleague had problems getting the foreman-postgresql
package because of yum complaining download rate was to slow and skipping
the mirror because of this over several tries. If noone else has issues, it
was perhaps a problem on the customer site for him and only a small
coincidence for me, but I thought having someone to look at before the
weekend would be helpful.

So have a nice weekend,
Dirk

There's isn't any really (we should add that to the Infra TODO list).
dmesg doesn't show any of the conntrack issues we had a few weeks
back.

The httpd error logs are ofc full of the errors caused by the welcome
page. Now it's gone I'll monitor it and we'll see if anything else
comes up - Dirk, do you have an example of the issue you're seeing?
