When deploying a node to AWS using Foreman 1.4 and choosing Private IP in "Managed IP", the node deploys, without a public IP.
When choosing Public IP, the deployment sticks on "acquiring instance details", and more importantly from the AWS console you can see that the instance hasn't been given a public IP.
The term "Managed IP" would imply the address that Foreman uses to manage the node, not whether or not the node has a public IP. So am I missing something? Is there some other location for this choice?
Dave.
Does the instance launch if you check the AWS console? Does it assign a
public ip?
