Azure 1.1.1 release - now with SSH provisioning

Happy Thursday everyone!

We have released a new version of Foreman Azure, 1.1.1.

It contains bugfixes for various problems 1.0.1 had, and also now
you can provision hosts via SSH (through the public IP of your Azure
instances). This removes the need for smart-proxies in Azure (+$)
for certain setups.

This release also comes with packages for Debian which we did not have
before. It's available for 1.11, 1.12 and 1.13.

1.2.0 is out now - which fixes a bug with 1.13 and allows you to select
Virtual Networks when provisioning Azure hosts
