Bug, or working as expected

I run this command:

hammer -u admin -p changeme organization add-user --name Superware
–user-id superwareuser

and when I go into the UI and go to Users and the Organizations tab. I
do not see anything moved to the right hand side of the choose box. Is
this a bug?

I think it is a bug, I tried the same with "organization
add-config-template" and got no results from hammer and the template
wasn't moved into the Org
