Can I Configure Foreman Remote Execution to leverage the Login User?

Problem:

I am curious if I can configure the Foreman Remote Execution and Cockpit Features to login to the managed server as the user that logged into the Foreman UI using kerberos authentiaction, instead of as foreman-proxy.

Is this possible?

Expected outcome:

Login shell in Cockpit and in Remote Execution will be as the user that logged into the foreman UI (through LDAP Authentication)

No, that’s not possible at the moment. It plays by the same rules as remote execution itself, you can set a connection user and an effective user and foreman will try to honor those, but that’s all.
