Candlepin fails to start after foreman is updated from 3.6 to 3.7

I have tried to update foreman 3.6 to 3.7 , the upgrade goes well but candle pin fails to start
with following error
candlepin:
Status: FAIL
Server Response: Message: 404 Not Found
candlepin_auth:
Status: FAIL
Server Response: Message: Katello::Errors::CandlepinNotRunning
candlepin_events:
Status: FAIL
message: Not running
Server Response: Duration: 0ms

Any information on this is appreciated.

There is no issue when candlepin is excluded during the update.
It seems candlepin 4.3.x has issues during the update.
