Problem:
When I change the IP address of a proxy foreman cannot connect to it anymore. DNS is still the same, only the A and PTR are changed to the new IP and I can telnet and also connect using the certificate from the foreman cli to the proxy
The proxy.log on the proxy doesn’t show anything on a refresh.
I have seen this in the past and most of the time removed the proxy and re-added it again but this is undoable. Any idea ?

Unable to communicate with the proxy: ERF12-2530 [ProxyAPI::ProxyException]: Unable to detect features ([Errno::EACCES]: Failed to open TCP connection to my-proxy.domain.tld:8444 (Permission denied - connect(2) for "my-proxy.domain.tld" port 8444)) for proxy https://my-proxy.domain.tld:8444/features and Please check the proxy is configured and running on the host.
