Capsule pulp node to capsule pulp node sync

I'm just starting out Katello 2.4. I got a full Katello server and a smart
proxy (capsule) working. I was wondering how I can sync yum repos from pulp
node to pulp node.
For example, Katello server is in California and One capsule server in
Virginia. If I create one more Capsule in Asia, how can I make it sync from
Virginia capsule?
If my logic is correct, I would bootstrap and subscribe the Asia Capsule to
Vigirnia. If I run hammer capsule sync from the Katello server, would the
Asia sync with Virginia?

Currently we do not support capsule to capsule sync, only from server to
capsules. If capsule to capsule sync is something you'd need, we'd
appreciate a Redmine issue detailing your use case.
