CentOS 8 subscriber not receiving all entitlements via subscription-manager

For any interested parties encountering the same issue, Red Hat is now asking for detailed information to continue debugging. They have a set of questions they’d like everyone to answer. If you can submit your information to this bug, it would greatly help out the community at large.

I added the details I remembered but I have no access to the environment at the moment.

I apologize for necro-bumping, but I at least wanted to post a “solution” to this.

The current recommended resolution is to:

Delete the Product and its Repositories and re-create them, then re-add them to your Content View.

The unadvised method of resolving this issue is to manually update the Candlepin database. There are instructions from Red Hat in the BZ link I posted earlier.

However, at this time, Red Hat cannot replicate the issue. Anyone encountering the issue is welcome to enable debug logging for Candlepin and submit said logs to the BZ ticket.
