Change Environment emptying puppet classes for hosts

Does anyone else receiving this?
tried to move one of the hosts from testing to production, and as a result
received host without puppet classes at all.
Checked a couple of times on different hosts.
Foreman 1.0.1
PostgreSQL 9.1
Shared StoreConfigs.

Classes are filtered by environment - do the classes you had on the
host exist in both environments?
