Content View Listing slow After Upgrade to Foreman 3.8/Katello 4.10

Problem:
Since the Upgrade to Foreman 3.10/Katello 4.10 (From 3.6/4.8) the Listing of the Content Views is very slow. It takes about 16-50 Seconds.

It also happens at the Content View Selectors on the Activation Key Edit Page and Create Host Page.

We have about 70 Content Views.

Foreman and Proxy versions:
Foreman 3.8
Katello 4.10

Distribution and version:
Almalinux 8.9

This has been reported in a previous post. Not sure if anyone’s looked into it yet, but you can follow along via the Redmine.
