Content View - Publish New Version | Error: This field must be unique

For a specific content-view, when I try to publish a new version, I receive the following message:

A paused task represents a process that has not finished properly. Any task in paused state can lead to potential inconsistency and needs to be resolved.
The recommended approach is to investigate the error messages below and in ‘errors’ tab, address the primary cause of the issue and resume the task.

Error message: the server returns an error HTTP status code: 400 Response headers: {“date”=>“Tue, 04 Jan 2022 15:47:09 GMT”, “server”=>“gunicorn/20.0.4”, “content-type”=>“application/json”, “vary”=>“Accept,Cookie”, “allow”=>“GET, POST, HEAD, OPTIONS”, “x-frame-options”=>“SAMEORIGIN”, “content-length”=>“44”, “correlation-id”=>“c30ee595781b482f84bcab8c4de92c08”, “access-control-expose-headers”=>“Correlation-ID”, “via”=>“1.1”, “connection”=>“close”} Response body: {“base_path”:[“This field must be unique.”]}

Expected outcome:
Content-view gets properly published

Other relevant data:
This only happens for one specific content views, others work as expected. I can select “skip” in DynFlow console and then resume and it will complete. It shows the correct number of packages in the version and then allows me to promote. However, concerned there could be potential issues with repo. Thanks in advance for any insight.
