Copy modules from puppet master to puppet master?

Question:
Is it possible to just imply copy the puppet module files from one puppet
master to another?
Path:

Original Puppet master 3.8.6 to Puppet master 4.8.1?

I was able to copy the modules from source to destination. Once they were
in the proper directory I was able to import from host!

/etc/puppetlabs/code/environments/production/modules
