Could not retrieve catalog from server after foreman build mode exit

It's very difficult to get help without much more detailed information

  • it's essential to good troubleshooting. As a minimum, the logs from
    the foreman server when running puppet agent on a working and a
    not-working host, as well as the whole log from running each of the
    agents would be needed. Bonus points for proving the ENC output,
    either from the Foreman UI or from the puppet master via
    /etc/puppet/node.rb <certname>
