**Problem:Facing host rebuild issue and getting above error
**Expected outcome:Host should rebuild with same IP and hostname
**Foreman and Proxy versions:2.5
**Foreman and Proxy plugin versions:2.5

Create DHCP Settings for host task failed with the following error: ERF12-6899 [ProxyAPI::ProxyException]: Unable to set DHCP entry ([RestClient::Conflict]: 409 Conflict) for proxy http://www.dsk.com:8000/dhcp
I tried to dissociate and re-assoicate host but still same issue.
