Customizing Compute Resources view

Hello… I am new here and have searched everywhere for customizing the
Compute Resources view. Is there a way to modify the custom resources vew
to include some more details about the Compute
Resource… ie… Total Memory, Disk Space Used, Disk Space Allocated ?
This would help a great deal in not trying to provision an image on a
resource that doesnt have available memory or Disk space.

Looking forward to any assistance provided.

Thankx.

Modifying the view is easy enough, but getting the data would depend on the
API of a given Compute Resourcer, so it would have to be per-provider.

You're probably best off trying to hack up a plugin to do what you need -
even you implement the new info in a separate page, you'd have the backend
working, and I'm sure someone could help intergrate into an existing page
then (probably via Deface).

Plugin docs are here[1] and you probably want to head over to the
foreman-dev mailing list for support if you decide to try writing one

I find it funny, a few days before you are about to give a talk at
cfgmgmtcamp titled "wait - there is a plugin for that" I'm going to pull

Ah, I'm cleared of all wrongdoing - it's not on the list of plugins at
List of Plugins - Foreman
