Debian Installation -suddenly mount of sda failed

Hi,

I've a running foreman setup. I've already installed enough machines to our
vsphere.
My last VM instance installation was in dec 2016 but now, without any
changes to my foreman
I get

I really have no clue what goes wrong… Are there any changes in Debian!?

Hope for a hint,

Tom

The initrd Images on the tftp are not compatible to the wished installing
instance. I've deleted them manually from my tftp server and let them
recreate from foreman. Now the installation is running fine.

But find that out… arg
