Deleted hosts appear in mismatch reports

Hi,

when hosts that have nor organization or location set are deleted, they appear in the mismatch report of organizations or locations. If the option to correct these hosts is chosen, they appear again in the list of hosts (Hosts -> All Hosts). The problem exists in Foreman 1.24.3 and 2.1.3.

no, I guess I just won’t correct any mismatches until this is fixed.

The fixing of mismatch does not assign host to the org or loc, instead it assigned associated subnet/domain and other taxable objects to their location/organization. If it does not and the host is still in the report, it sounds as a bug. Note that Foreman 2.2 is out already (released today). 1.24 is quite old version. Would it be possible to update first to the recent version and retest? Don’t worry about 1.x vs 2.x, it’s the same code base, we just dropped few (for very long time) deprecated APIs.
