Disk not created when cloning a VM using oVirt

Problem:
My setup is configured to use oVirt as computing resource and standard kickstart deployment works as expected but when cloning a VM using TFM the disk will not be created in oVirt.
On the oVirt side the VM is correctly created with NIC, CPU, MEM but without disk.

Expected outcome:
An identical VM as the original
Foreman and Proxy versions:
foreman-1.18.2-1.el7.noarch
katello-3.7.0-4.el7.noarch
foreman-proxy-1.18.2-1.el7.noarch
Foreman and Proxy plugin versions:
foreman-ovirt-1.18.2-1.el7.noarch
tfm-rubygem-fog-ovirt-1.0.4-1.el7.noarch
tfm-rubygem-ovirt-engine-sdk-4.2.3-1.el7.x86_64
tfm-rubygem-rbovirt-0.1.6-1.el7.noarch

Other relevant data:
[e.g. logs from Foreman and/or the Proxy, modified templates, commands issued, etc]
I don’t see any error in the logs.

Any idea?
I’ve try to figure out how to debug the API call to oVirt without any luck so far, is there a logging level I may increase to see the oVirt API call?

Thanks,
Arsene

I faced same problem with Foreman 1.21.3, and ovirtVersion 4.3.5.5-1.el7
