Dnf update returns conflict on Foreman server

Problem: dnf update returns Problem: package python3.11-pulp-python-3.11.2-1.el8.noarch from @System conflicts with python3.11-pkginfo >= 1.9.7 provided by python3.11-pkginfo-1.11.0-1.el8.noarch from pulpcore

Expected outcome: dnf update works smoothly

Looks like pulp-python-3.11.3 was not release on 3.49 repos for EL8, it’s present only for EL9, I’ll make sure it lands there in a couple hours there.
