Env, CA and master no longer "resolved" during host provisioning after last nightly update

ran a yum upgrade this morning (Sept. 17th) and found something broke with
host provisioning. Before, when I would select a host group, the
environment, Puppet CA, and puppetmaster fields would auto-fill. After the
upgrade, these fields do not auto-fill. What's more, if I manually select
the Environment field, the Puppet tab complains that I have not selected an
environment yet.

My previous working config was from Sept. 8.

we would need additional info, can you ideally open a ticket, and provide
logs and browser console (as its sounds like a javascript issue).
