Failed to fetch a free IP from proxy from (Windows DHCP/DNS) server

Problem:
Getting error as “Failed to fetch a free IP from proxy”, it was working absolutes fine earlier. DHCP/DNS server is in different windows server.
Expected outcome:
It should get free IP from Windows DHCP/DNS server.

Foreman and Proxy versions:
Foreman version : 1.14.3
Proxy versions : 1.8.0-RC1

Foreman and Proxy plugin versions:

That’s quite old version. Have you recently upgraded or changed configuration of Foreman?

If not, can you investigate updates on Windows Server? We’ve heard about this for the second time now, it looks like something has changes in Windows.
