I will send out a standalone update to the list, but I just wanted to let you know that I've updated the repos with a new version of foreman-installer with the fix so you won't need to cd into /usr/share/foreman-installer before running generate_answers.rb.

cd /usr/share/foreman-installer
and try again.
ruby /usr/share/foreman-installer/generate_answers.rb
That appears to do it.
I still had to stop the iptables and selinux, before I was able to access the site:
service iptables stop
setenforce 0
