Foreman 1.12.0 released

Our latest major release, Foreman 1.12.0, is now released and available
for new installations and upgrades. It includes support for Puppet 4,
Ubuntu 16.04, Fedora 24 and many other features and bug fixes.

Thanks to the 99 contributors to this release, who helped write, fix and
translate it, and to the testers who've helped during the release
candidate phase.

Headline features

··· ================= Puppet 4 support has been added in two key areas:
  • Puppet 4 support in the installer, including setting up Puppet Server
    when using a Puppet Agent (AIO).
  • Puppet 4 support in the smart proxy, using a new API available in
    Puppet Server to import environments and classes instead of parsing.

New installations are strongly recommended to start with Puppet 4 and
Puppet Server.
