Lastly, do take note of the upgrade warnings and deprecations in this release:

Packages may be found in the 1.19 directories on both deb.theforeman.org and yum.theforeman.org, and tarballs are on downloads.theforeman.org .

The GPG key used for RPMs and tarballs has the following fingerprint:
CE31 59AA C3EC 09E5 1614 7754 4602 0A10 694F A479

It appears the GPG checking issue for the plugins repo is still not resolved. To install plugins please modify the /etc/yum.repos.d/foreman-plugins.repo file to enable the repo and disable gpg checking.

A rebuild of RC3 has been published with the fix to the repo file. The updated package containing the fix is foreman-release-1.19.0-0.3.RC3.el7.noarch.rpm.
