The Foreman 1.1RC5 and smart-proxy 1.1RC3 tags got cut on Thursday and the packages are now available for both RHEL and Debian-based distributions in the RC repositories.
Release notes are also posted for Foreman [1] and the proxy [2]. This will probably be the last RC before 1.1 final is available so be sure to file bugs for any new issues [3] you come across!
