Foreman 1.21.0-RC5 has been released

Foreman 1.21.0-RC5 is now available for testing, big thanks to everyone who contributed and especially to @ekohl who has been handling most of the technical work of building this release.

This release fixes a few more bugs found in RC4, such as one which was preventing some upgrades and another preventing oVirt provisioning in certain cases.

Please help by testing and getting it release-ready, and let us know if you hit any issue when upgrading or installing the release candidate either here or on the redmine issue tracker.
