Foreman 1.21.2 - Create Proxy is not working

Problem:
I just installed a new Foreman Server and i am not able to add the default Foreman-Proxy via the gui.
In older versions of Foreman i just added the default Foreman-Proxy with:
Name: FOREMAN-FQDN
Url: FOREMAN-FQDN:8443

On Version 1.21.2 i am getting this errors:
Name: has already been taken
Url: Only one declaration of a proxy is allowed

It’s a clean installation. I only run:
foreman-installer
and
foreman-installer -i and activated foreman_plugin_discovery.

Hi,

Can you see the proxy if you go to any organization and any location?

Oh wow… There is a button fix missmatches at the locations… Did it for me.
