Foreman 1.3 codename final vote

Hello,

so few of us added own suggestions for the next codename, few of us
already voted.

I am giving us the next week for putting all votes in for the following
finalists (in no particular order):

Andrew
Lion
Panther
Noggin
Birdie
Shovel

Vote here: http://etherpad-domcleal.rhcloud.com/p/foreman-1.3-codename

Thanks!

You’re missing an option - no release name. I don’t want one.

We’ve never had one before, and I find “1.3” a perfectly usable identifier.
I’ve gotten very annoyed with Ubuntu over the years, because I have to go
find a table of release names every time it’s gets mentioned. If people
just said “12.10” instead of “Quantal” I’d know what I was dealing with,
without having to go to Wikipedia first. I don’t want to be doing that with
Foreman as well. Numbers are fine.

I tend to be in the numbers only camp for Foreman, since that's our
history. However, I am open to hearing arguments for practical reasons
to use codenames?

Thanks,
Brian

I take this as my failure of explaining codename properly. The intention
was not to replace version numbers at all, in the Ubuntu style, but to
complement release notes only.

Anyway, voting cancelled. Thanks for your opinions.
