Foreman 1.9.3 bug fix release

Foreman 1.9.3 is out with fixes for some regressions and bugs found in
the 1.9 series, including:

    • Puppet class environment import errors
    • Reformatting of YAML/JSON overrides when editing a host/group

Full release notes for all of the changes are on the website here:
http://theforeman.org/manuals/1.9/index.html#Releasenotesfor1.9.3

This is likely to be one of the last 1.9.x releases unless further
severe issues are found, as Foreman 1.10.x is approaching GA. Please
