Foreman 3.11 : impossibe to add an interface to a host

Problem:
impossibe to add an interface to a host. When I click on add an interface button. Nothing happens
Problems happens when a new host is discovered or while testing to add an interface.
No existing host in the gui presents an interface

Expected outcome:

Foreman and Proxy versions:
3.11
Foreman and Proxy plugin versions:
3.11
Distribution and version:
RHEL 8.10
Other relevant data:

Never had a problem in the past upgrades

Is this version has problems?

I’ve rolled back to 3.10.
Upgrading remote database to version 13 (and local dummy postgresql to version 13, if not foreman installer not happy) was a very bad experience also.
