Foreman 3.3 cannot edit host / has already been taken

hi all,

on Foreman 3.3 I cannot edit a host I get below error: has already been taken! but Im editing host and not create new one!

I am not able to reproduce this.

Perhaps you have a host with the same name in multiple organizations. Do you have ‘Any organization’ selected? Does it fix the issue if you select an organization?

We use only Default organizations

No its still Default Organization and Default Locations

We use only default organizaion.

Even via API I could not update hosts!

I can now Edit hosts! I dont know why! and I dont change anything! it works now but what was the problem an why! I dont know why! its really very strange!
