Foreman 3 - Puppet Class Parameters not shown in nested Hostgroups

Problem:
After upgrading Foreman to version 3 the Puppet Class Parameters were not showing in nested Hostgroups anymore, if the parameter “Environment” is set to “Inherit parent (…)”.

Expected outcome:
Puppet Class Parameters should be shown, no matter whether the environment is set to inherit or a fixed value.

Foreman and Proxy versions:
Foreman 3.0.1 or Foreman 3.1

Distribution and version:
Rhel 7.9

Does anyone have an idea why this problem occurs or how i can fix it? I you need further data, let me know.
