This is more an idle thought than a suggestion as I'm sure someone would
have attempted it.
Is there any reason not to use rbenv or similar to shim the puppet labs
ruby for the foreman installer? At least as a temporary measure?
I'll admit that from reading the ticket I don't fully understand the issues
with getting the forman installer working with puppet 4
If anyone can enlighten me that would be nice

I guess we already do this for SCL… maybe "p"cl for "puppet
collections" and using that? may be something fun to hack with.
