Does the compute resource Openstack require Cinder service?
The setup we have doesn't deploy the Cinder storage service but instead
just uses Nove to create ephemeral disks. When trying to create an
openstack instance through Foreman I end up with the error, which is
indicating it couldn't communicate with the volume service (Cinder).
Anyway to bypass that?
