Foreman Debian repo only has nightly releases for Ubuntu jammy / 22.04

Problem:
I want to lock down my Foreman apt source to a specific version when running Foreman on Ubuntu 22.04. But there is only nightly available.

Expected outcome:
I can limit my install to 3.10.

Foreman and Proxy versions:
Nightly for the moment for this reason.

Foreman and Proxy plugin versions:
Nightly for the moment for this reason.

Distribution and version:
Ubuntu 22.04.4

22.04 is not yet supported by any stable release, that’s why you only see it in nightly.
We plan to have 3.11 support it.
